in general I have seen some replicas and they have to tell you if your getting a replica.

@LovedbyKenubus She is a newer seller, but the items that she has sold she got great reviews on by people who have been using ebay for years. I stalked her previous auctions (lol) and saw that she’s sold some other Disney dooneys before – and she told the buyer she firmly believes in selling authentic bags. I don’t think she’s trying to sell anyone into buying a fake bag. I don’t even think they really sell DISNEY dooney fake bags….not that I would know, I just figured they’re less popular.

if it comes without the registration card there should be a tag with a number like i mentioned in the video.
to be honest that is one thing I have wondered about myself..the bag I sold had light pink stains on the bottom corners of the bag.thats one thing Im gonna have to google…brb..♥

Yeah Im sure if you take it to macys they should be able to tell you.just ask for someone that has many years of
experience with bags…if you can take it to a Dooney and Bourke store even better.the dooney and bourke website has a list of all of the locations…i dnt think the bag will be fake if the seller is a top rated seller or is doing well.you should be fine.

OH, and even by some odd chance that the dooney is fake (which I’m pretty sure it isn’t. The seller seems legit, very nice, and very honest), there is a 3 day return on my bag, which I thought was pretty cool for ebay since usually no one does returns! Do you think if I take my bag to any other department store that sells Dooney they’d be able to tell if it’s a fake or not? Like I said I’m pretty sure it isn’t, but just in case!

Thank you so much! I had no idea about the registering thing either. I contacted the seller earlier today and asked her about the registering card. The bag description is new, but without tags, so I have a feeling it may come without the card. Nonetheless I’m keeping my hopes up before the seller contacts me back! Thank you so much for this!! I have another quick question – what is the best way to clean a dooney? I know it’s a coated cotton, and very durable. Just curious!
