Dooney Watch
Dooney and Bourke (the famous hand bang retailer) sells a lot more than just hand bags these days. When they first go there start in 1975, they started out with bold and bright colors to differentiate themselves from the crowd of plane Jane’s seen in every department store across the county. Since then they have stayed true to themselves by sticking with their bright color scheme, yet they expanded on their inventory. Today they sell not only handbags but, wallets, the Dooney Watch, key chains, phone covers. They even have a Dooney Wristlet collection, Dooney Drawstring collection, Dooney Backpack collection, and a mens wallet collection. The Dooney Watch is super nice. They have five at the moment in their collection. They have the mariner, the crystal sport, patent leather crystal, the chronograph watch, and the crystal classic watch. The nice thing about the Dooney Watch is that some of them are unisex. So if you and your boyfriend/girlfriend or spouse or roommate or whoever have the same taste in things, you could share it. The price for the Mariner is $165 dollars. The Dooney Watch, that is my favorite is the crystal sport. It comes in 9 different colors (my favorite is the red) and the face of the watch is 1.75” in diameter, which I like the bigger watches so for me it’s a really good size. The crystal sport also has Swarovski crystals that are clear surrounding the face of the watch which makes it more feminine looking and it’s only $95 dollars, which I think is pretty reasonable for a watch. The patent leather crystal watch comes in 6 colors and is still very nice. It has a 1.5” face diameter and it goes for $135 dollars. The chronograph watch is very nice, it also is a unisex watch, and it comes in 5 different crocodile leather colors at $155 dollars each. The crystal classic Dooney Watch looks like it would be for a younger crowd of maybe 13-18 year olds. It comes in four different crocodile leather colors and it goes for $135 dollars. So as you can see the Dooney Watch collections are priced pretty reasonable, especially when the product is a high end brand. The Dooney watches is not only a good deal because of their price, but because of the options they offer. The Dooney Watch comes in different styles, those styles come in a variety of colors, some of those watches are multifunctional, as well as multi-gender, and they come in different sizes to accommodate the different sizes and shapes of their customers. Also another benefit from making a Dooney and Bourke purchase is their warranty. They offer a one year warranty on every single of their products including watches.
Dooney Drawstring
The drawstring collection is another fabulous collection. They come in different colors and sizes. The nice thing about them is that you can decide on how big or small of a bag you want that day depending on how much stuff you want to put into your purse that day. Plus the average price for the drawstring products are about $200 dollars, which again is a really great deal considering the high end products they have come to be known as.
Dooney Backpack
Also, the backpacks they have are super cute. The perfect combination of function meets fashion. I would say for a young child it is a little too pricey (at least for me) to have as their school bag. The line is made for more mature men and women who for instance use it for college and or their job. The reason I say this is because the price for a normal back pack is usually $50-60 dollars and Dooney and Bourke are charging about $200 dollars a bag which is fine when you’re older and you can appreciate the finer things and take care of them. The bags perfect for the target market they have chosen. Also, the Dooney Wristlet is probably my favorite piece in their collection. Every woman has a hand bag that they shove tons of things in (and half of the time they are of no use, yet we keep them in there). However, when a girl takes a night out on the town, or goes anywhere really where she doesn’t want to lug around a heavy hand bag, they can use a wristlet. The wristlets are basically a tiny wallet which is large enough to put your ID, some cash, maybe your debit or credit card and maybe a tube of lip stick for touch ups. The tiny wallet has a little strap that goes around your wrist like a bracelet and it holds on to your wallet, which frees you of that heavy purse, and also frees your hands up.
